No. Digital Care Services Australia does not store or retain passwords or login credentials.
All passwords remain in the client’s control. We help you set up a clear password system so everything is organised, but we never keep copies of your passwords.

Not necessarily. During our session we will review your current password system and recommend the safest and simplest option for you.
Some dedicated password management platforms may require a small subscription, but this is always your choice and any fees are paid directly by you.

Yes. We review your devices to ensure backups are working properly and important apps are accessible. Many clients ask for help with iPhone backups, Apple ID access, and organising photos or documents stored on their devices.
