At Digital Care Services Australia, we aim to provide thoughtful, high-quality digital organisation services and products designed to support individuals and families with clarity and peace of mind.
Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any services, sessions, digital products, or physical products.
Guided Digital Organisation Sessions
Guided Digital Organisation Sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new time.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If Digital Care Services Australia needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled appointment at a mutually suitable time.
In-Home Services
A 50% deposit is required to secure all in-home bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable once preparation and scheduling have commenced.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final session.
If Digital Care Services Australia is unable to deliver the booked service, a refund for any unused portion will be provided.

Due to the nature of this product, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage or defect
If approved, we may offer:
A replacement product,
Store credit, or
A refund at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Minor variations in print colour or packaging
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
If a return is required, the item must be returned in unused condition unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the immediate access provided to digital downloads, templates, guides, checklists, videos, and online resources, all digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Memberships & Subscription Services
If you subscribe to an ongoing membership or support service, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Access to membership content and benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

1. Service-Based Business
Digital Care Services Australia provides professional digital organisation and technology support services. Once a service has been delivered, refunds are generally not available as the time and work have already been provided.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be non-refundable.
This policy helps cover preparation time and reserved appointment availability.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment once at no charge if at least 48 hours notice is provided.
4. Deposits
If a deposit is required to secure a booking, the deposit may be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
5. Unsuitable Service Situations
In some cases, during an initial session it may become clear that the service is not appropriate for the client’s needs. In these situations, Digital Care Services Australia may choose to offer a partial refund at its discretion.
6. Subscription or Third-Party Services
Some recommendations may involve third-party services such as password managers or cloud storage subscriptions. These services are separate from Digital Care Services Australia and refunds must be requested directly from the provider.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
