  • Our service is designed primarily for seniors and families who want help organising their digital accounts and devices. Many of our clients are retirees who want a clear system for passwords, cloud storage and important documents. Adult children also contact us when they want to help their parents organise their digital life.

  • No. Digital Care Services Australia does not store or retain passwords or login credentials.

    All passwords remain in the client’s control. We help you set up a clear password system so everything is organised, but we never keep copies of your passwords.

  • Not necessarily. During our session we will review your current password system and recommend the safest and simplest option for you.

    Some dedicated password management platforms may require a small subscription, but this is always your choice and any fees are paid directly by you.

  • Yes. We review your devices to ensure backups are working properly and important apps are accessible. Many clients ask for help with iPhone or Android backups, Apple ID access, and organising photos or documents stored on their devices.

  • No. Digital Care Services Australia is not a computer repair service.

    Our focus is organising digital accounts, passwords, cloud storage and important documents so everything is structured and easy to find.

  • Most sessions take between 90 minutes and two hours depending on the service selected. Some clients choose multiple sessions if they want a complete digital organisation system created.

  • Yes. Digital Care Services Australia provides in-home support across Shellharbour, Kiama and the Illawarra region. This allows us to review devices, accounts and documents in a calm and comfortable environment.

    We also offer guided Zoom sessions Australia-wide.
