WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR?

This appointment is ideal for seniors who would like patient technology help at home. An adult child or family member can also book the visit on someone else’s behalf and is welcome to be present.

SERVICE AREA

In-home technology help is available across Shellharbour, Kiama and Wollongong. If you live outside these areas, please contact me before booking to ask whether travel is available.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

This service covers straightforward technology setup, connection and assistance. It does not include electrical work, wall mounting, antenna repairs, data recovery or internal hardware repairs.

Each appointment focuses on one main issue. If the problem requires more time or a specialist technician, I’ll explain the available next steps before any additional work is arranged.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Please have the device, remote controls, chargers and relevant cables ready. If an account needs to be connected, have the login information available during the visit. Please do not send passwords through the booking form or by email.
